Coming in 2019 to Friendship Village – New Aquatic Center!

EXCITING NEWS… the planning committee has released a sneak peek of the new Aquatic Center planned for Friendship Village! This flyer depicts the striking interior and exterior design, plus key features and health benefits of the new Center. The Aquatic Center will be conveniently located by our current Fitness Center, with access from inside or outside Friendship Village.
The new addition will be 4,000 square feet, with:
- 16’ x 32’, variable depth, warm water pool
- Attached lane for “lap” swimming against an adjustable current
- Sauna
- Locker rooms with showers and changing areas
- Ambient water and air temperature
- Spacious outdoor patio for entertaining
Residents can look forward to daily water aerobics led by a certified instructor, lap swimming, lap walking, free swim, and relaxing in the sauna. The entire building will also be solar heated to save on energy costs.
