Gluten-Free Cheesy Ham & Potato Soup, guaranteed to warm you up on chilly days.
Warm & Hearty Winter Soup
- 1 stick butter
- 6 whole potatoes peeled, quartered and cooked
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 5 ½ cups 2% milk
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 1 pound ham
- Melt 1 stick butter.
- Add 6 Tbsp cornstarch until thick.
- Add 1 ½ cups milk, stir until thick.
- Stir in 4 cups milk, heat & simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes, Velveeta and ham.
- Warm through.
- Top with green onions, if desired.
