Gluten-Free Cheesy Ham & Potato Soup, guaranteed to warm you up on chilly days.
- 1 stick butter
- 6 potatoes – peeled, quartered and cooked
- 6 Tbsp cornstarch
- 5 ½ cups 2% milk
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 1 pound ham
Melt 1 stick butter. Add 6 Tbsp cornstarch until thick. Add 1 ½ cups milk, stir until thick.
Stir in 4 cups milk, heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, Velveeta and ham. Warm through. Top with green onions, if desired.Contact Us
