With the help of one of our fitness partners, National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS), you can enjoy this 17-minute exercise session that can be easily performed in the comfort of your home with a chair using mainly your body weight.
There are moves that use light dumbbells, so if you have a pair available, please grab them. If you do not, soup cans will do the trick, or you can simply use your arms. As you go through the workout, please exercise at your own pace, take a break if necessary and remember to stay hydrated.
