Marinated Brussels Sprouts
A trendy appetizer from a Friendship Village Resident
- 1 package Frozen Brussels Sprouts
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2.5 oz Horseradish
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- Blanch sprouts until barely soft.
- Mix remaining ingredients to form a marinade and pour over Brussels sprouts.
- Put in refrigerator to marinate for several days.
- Serve in a pretty party dish with toothpicks.
