• Entrance fees for a one-bedroom apartment residence start at approximately $42,000 with a monthly fee of approximately $2,900.
• Entrance fees for a two-bedroom Garden Home start at approximately $213,000 with a monthly fee of approximately $2,500.

We offer a variety of entrance fee options and all include a refundable element. Friendship Village also provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, over the course of the first six months of residency, you are not completely satisfied, 100% of your entrance payment will be returned.

Traditional LifeCare^® Refund

A refund is provided on a prorated basis if you leave Friendship Village for any reason within the first 60 months. The amount is determined by the length of residency.

50% Return-of-Capital Plan® LifeCare^® Refund

Returns 50% of entrance fee to you or your estate. No matter how long you live at Friendship Village, 50% of the entrance fee is returned.

80% Return-of-Capital Plan® LifeCare^® Refund

Returns 80% of entrance fee to you or your estate. No matter how long you live at Friendship Village, 80% of the entrance fee is returned.
