doctor-and-manWith Long Term Care at the Friendship Village Health Center, it’s all about choice; residents have the freedom to choose when they start their days, which activities they wish to participate in, and when to enjoy meals and snacks. Through our senior Health and Wellness Navigation program, our highly trained Wellness Navigator guides residents through our many services and amenities and cultural, social and recreational activities that nurture all 8 Dimensions of Wellness. Plus, in the event of medical challenges, the Navigator acts as residents’ personal liaison, coordinating resources and providing guidance through all the details.
