As part of our commitment to whole person health, Friendship Village offers a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center to provide high quality, onsite skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a warm, comfortable residential setting. The Center features cozy fireplaces, outdoor gardens, and your own private suite. Our skilled therapy team, managed by our in-house medical director, will work with you to develop an individualized plan that will help you recover after an illness or surgery, such as hip, knee, or other joint replacement procedures. You’ll receive rehabilitative therapy, nursing care, respectful assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and other supportive services. Our Wellness Navigator will act as your liaison and coordinate resources to guide you through all the details of your rehab stay. The goal is to get you back to an active life in your own home as quickly as possible. But, once you’re home, the services don’t stop there. Our Navigator will continue to stay in contact to make sure you’re receiving any additional assistance you may need.
Outpatient rehab is also available for residents who require additional care following the conclusion of their inpatient stay.
