Marinated Brussels Sprouts

A trendy appetizer from a Friendship Village Resident

Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2.5 oz Horseradish
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 2 tsp Dry Mustard

Instructions

  • Blanch sprouts until barely soft.
  • Mix remaining ingredients to form a marinade and pour over Brussels sprouts.
  • Put in refrigerator to marinate for several days.
  • Serve in a pretty party dish with toothpicks.
