Ooey and gooey – great with a glass of milk!

Gluten Free Almond Joy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup salted almonds
  • 14 oz sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Moisten fingers with water and shape dough into discs.
  5. Bake at 325 for 12-14 minutes.
