Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie
Recipe from a Friendship Village Resident!
- 1.5 cups Pumpkin
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 3 TBSP Butter
- 1.25 cup Milk
- Blend all ingredients.
- Pour into buttered pie pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
